Wakeling Island 11 is an impressive, modern five-bedroom, south-facing waterfront property offering an light and airy living space, with stunning views over the lake and beyond.

The property is situated in an enviably quiet, sunny position, with its own private jetty for direct access to the water and outdoor deck perfect for relaxing and spending time away with friends and family. The Silverlake estate provides you with all the extra touches that will make your getaway extra special, offering acres of space filled with nature trails, wildlife, sports facilities, spa, gym, bar, heated outdoor pool and play areas.

The house is designed for first floor living, set over three floors, and sleeps 11 (recommended maximum of 8 adults and 3 children). Wakeling Island 11 is a beautiful retreat, perfect for reflective quiet time, celebrations, or family get-togethers.

Upon entering at ground floor level, you will be greeted with a spacious (and extremely useful) utility and boot room. This area leads onto three very well-appointed bedrooms; a bunk room (with a double below and single above) for little ones and a Queen bedroom (between double and king size), with shared shower room. The spacious master bedroom with king size bedroom has an ensuite wet room and enjoys floor-to-ceiling sliding window doors on to the rear deck.

A spacious open plan living/dining area can be found on the first floor, with sumptuous seating for both dining and relaxing. Entertaining is made easy with a fully equipped, spacious, contemporary kitchen and dining area comfortably seating ten guests. The adjacent breakaway games/TV room will keep the kids entertained or provide the retreat for a cosy film night! Every detail has been considered, including a cosy wood burning stove, creating a calming atmosphere to soak in the tranquil views from the balcony across Silverlake Heath at any time of year.

On the second floor, tastefully decorated king and twin bedrooms share a contemporary wet room. A large, mezzanine snug looks down over the open plan dining and kitchen area and enjoys spectacular views of Silverlake Heath - providing a perfect space to enjoy a moment of calm.

What’s Included in Your Stay

Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.

In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

After you pass through the two gates into Silverlake follow the road down the hill onto Wakeling Island. Take the road that forks to the left and you will find Wakeling Island 11 on the left hand side of the road. There is parking directly outside with the key safe by the property's entrance.
