Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing final elements of construction. On Wakeling Island, you will be able see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. To the ground floor there is a Contemporary open plan living space with two-seater corner sofa, two armchairs, Smart TV and wood burning stove located in the snug lounge area. Adjacent to the lounge area is the dining table with seating for 8 people, conveniently located looking out on to a generous decking area with patio doors that open wide to create an outdoor in experience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including a built-in microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is an inset induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine ( pods not provided) and a large island that has two stools for casual breakfasting. The cupboards offer plenty of storage and the property is fully stocked with cooking utensils
There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
To the first floor, there are four bedrooms, two en-suite with king-size beds. The master bedroom has a Juliet balcony with two lounging chairs, providing wonderful views over the lakes and hills. Both bedrooms have en-suites with walk-in shower rooms are are equipped with rain shower heads.
The children’s room has a bunk bed and there is a further double bedroom. The family bathroom is complete with bathtub, shower and a secondary rain shower head.

Large decking that runs the length of the house and an outdoor table with 6 chairs. Less than ten metres away is access to the stream that runs through Wakeling Island that will lead you to further lakes.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
