Finding your Property
When you arrive at the main gates at Lower Mill, enter and follow the road over the bridge around to the left past a visitor car park on your left-hand side.
You will come to a four-way crossroads where you will turn right and go over the next bridge. Just after the bridge, there is a turning to the right. Ignore this turning and carry on straight into an area where you will see houses and parking on either side of the road and some flower beds in the middle of the road. On the left-hand side, you will see your property, Clearwater 99, Dawn Chorus. Strangely enough, Clearwater 99 is situated between Clearwater 30 and 29. The parking spot is just opposite the property, numbered 99.
