Ground Floor:

As you enter Infinity lodge you will be greeted with a beautifully furnished, open-plan kitchen and dining area with bifold doors opening out onto an extensive decking and garden area that leads up to the water's edge. You have access to your very own private jetty, which is perfect for launching water sports equipment during the warmer months. In the winter months curl up on the sofas in front of the log fire and enjoy the use of the properties Sky and Sky Sports subscription provided by the owners. 

The dining table has 8 chairs and the kitchen island has 4 bar stools. 

Please note that water sports equipment shown in the images is not included with the house, you may bring your own equipment to be stored outside or rent equipment from the activity hub located at Lower Mill. 

First Floor:

As you make your way upstairs you will find the master double bedroom benefitting from a view over Minety Lake. Not only does the master bedroom have a bespoke ensuite bathroom, but there is also a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom.

On this floor is a further double bedroom, a bunk bedroom with two bunk beds sleeping a total of 4 children, and a family bathroom. 

Second Floor:

On the top floor, you will find the final two bedrooms, the first is a double bedroom overlooking the front of the property and the second is a large super king bedroom with a lake view. There is also a further family bathroom on this floor.

Outside:

The back decking has a dining table and a coal BBQ for you to be able to make the most of the great British summer. Your private jetty gives you the perfect launch place into Minety Lake so you can easily explore the best nature reserve has to offer from the water.

One of the standout features of Infinity Lodge is it has its own summer house situated at the front of the property. Here you will find a large corner sofa and a 70-inch TV perfect for the kids, while the adults can enjoy some peace and quiet in the main house. To top off the summer house is an arcade games machine with 5,000 games. 

Please note that this property has an EV charger but it is not available for guest use. Please instead use one of the 4 communal EV charging points available at Lower Mill.

As we take pride in prepping the hot tub for each guest stay the water may not be up to temperature by the time you arrive on site, but rest assured, that the water will be blissfully warm and enjoyable for your second night with us.

Not all properties have direct lake access even though they are listed as lakeside. If you are unsure whether this property has lake access please check with our team.

Please be aware that the vegetation surrounding the property is subject to change according to the time of year. This may mean that the views represented in the photos above may vary depending on the season in which you stay with us.

Normal check-in is from 4 pm. Out of peak season, early check-in of 2 pm may be available (at an additional fee). Please contact our office team to enquire.

Check out during off-peak dates is by 10 am on the day of departure. During peak dates (school holidays) check out is at 9 am.

£500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.

No stag or hen parties are allowed at Lower Mill Estate. 

Travel cot and highchair are available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guests to provide their own linen and mattress for the travel cot.

There is a strict 11 pm noise curfew on the estate.

Habitat Escapes does not accept bookings for hen or stag parties.

There are 3 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis.

All our properties are non-smoking.

Seasonal Closures

Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October – March due to nesting birds. The nearest canoe launch point is located near Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map.

The Somerford Nines (Clearwater 1-9). The private outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.

The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1^st November to the Easter holidays.

Finding your Property
From the main entrance where the security hut is positioned, drive through the gates and cross the first bridge. Take the first right turn you reach and go over the next two bridges in front of you. Just after the second bridge, the road will split off left and right. Please take the road on the left through the car park area and continue straight, ignoring the next left-hand turn. Just past this turn, you will see the back of the Spa also on your left-hand side. Continue on, keeping the spa on your left-hand side. On your right-hand side, you will see properties, follow these along with the numbers on the properties until you get to Minety Lake 5 on your right-hand side. The driveway can fit up to three cars depending on size.

To assist you during darker evenings, you would be advised to bring a torch with you as there is no street lighting permitted on the Estate other than low-level lighting.
