New to our portfolio for 2024, Minety Lake 07 is a stunning property that has been designed and furnished to a high standard. It has direct access to the glistening waters of Minety Lake, complemented by a private jetty for indulgent lakeside experiences. The property is sure to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay for guests seeking a memorable getaway.

There is an outdoor seating area, with a combination of table football, and giant Connect 4 that creates an inviting atmosphere for families to relax and enjoy long summer evenings together.

Conveniently situated just a stone's throw away from Ballihoo restaurant, the vibrant heart of the community, as well as the tennis courts and the prestigious Lower Mill Spa, Minety Lake 07 embodies the epitome of luxurious convenience.

The property is not pet-friendly, but the owners reserve the right to bring a pet with them when they stay.

Minety Lake is the newest addition to Lower Mill and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas around the lake and wider estate that is undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery, and workers around the property between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday.  Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas. Please review the above images to make sure you are aware of the surrounding construction of Infinity House prior to booking. Ground Floor:

As you enter Minety Lake 07, the beautifully furnished, open-plan kitchen and dining area set the tone for a welcoming and comfortable stay. The bifold doors open onto the extensive decking and garden area, leading to the water's edge with breath-taking views and the perfect setting for outdoor enjoyment.

Leading off from the kitchen is a snug, complete with a comfortable sofa and TV. Guests can unwind in a more intimate setting, enjoying their favourite films or shows in privacy.

The ground floor is completed with a utility room and wet room.

First Floor:

The master bedroom is on the first floor. Overlooking the tranquil lake, it offers guests a picturesque view to wake up to each morning. The stylish design, complete with bespoke en-suite and built-in wardrobes, adds an extra level of luxury and convenience. The addition of a private balcony with sun loungers is a wonderful touch, providing guests with the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Along the spacious landing there are two further individually designed king bedrooms, each boasting their own en-suites, ensuring convenience and allowing guests to enjoy their own private space during their stay.

Second Floor:

As you arrive on the second floor, there is yet another beautifully designed, spacious room with super-king sized bed, with magnificent views over the lake.

This floor benefits from yet another stylish king size bedroom at the front of the property and a family bathroom. This additional king bedroom ensures that the property can comfortably accommodate more guests, offering flexibility for different group sizes or families travelling together.

Outside:

The extended decking is completed with both a dining table, perfect for al fresco dining and a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the private jetty provides a convenient and picturesque launch point for exploring the nature reserve from the water. 

To the side of the extended decking, you have the added bonus of a wooden gazebo providing a sheltered seating area. This cosy retreat is enhanced with ambient lighting and entertainment options like table football and giant Connect Four, offering fun activities for both children and adults alike.

Not all properties have direct lake access even though they are listed as lakeside. If you are unsure whether this property has lake access please check with our team.

Please be aware that the vegetation surrounding the property is subject to change according to the time of year. This may mean that the views represented in the photos above may vary depending on the season in which you stay with us.

Normal check-in is from 4 pm. Out of peak season, early check-in of 2 pm may be available (at an additional fee). Please contact our office team to enquire.

Check out during off-peak dates is by 10 am on the day of departure. During peak dates (school holidays) check out is at 9 am.

£500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.

No stag or hen parties are allowed at Lower Mill Estate. 

Travel cot and highchair are available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guests to provide their own linen and mattress for the travel cot.

There is a strict 11 pm noise curfew on the estate.

Habitat Escapes does not accept bookings for hen or stag parties.

There are 3 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis.

All our properties are non-smoking.

There is no BBQ at this property. Guests can't bring their own. 

Seasonal Closures

Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October – March due to nesting birds. The nearest canoe launch point is located near Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map.

The Somerford Nines (Clearwater 1-9). The private outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.

The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1st November to the Easter holidays.

Finding your Property
From the main entrance where the security hut is positioned, drive through the gates and cross the first bridge. Take the first right turn you reach and go over the next two bridges in front of you. Just after the second bridge, the road will split off left and right. Please take the road on the left through the car park area and continue straight, ignoring the next left-hand turn. Just past this turn, you will see the back of the Spa also on your left-hand side. Continue on, keeping the spa on your left-hand side. On your right-hand side, you will see properties, follow these along with the numbers on the properties until you get to Minety Lake 7 on your right-hand side. The driveway can fit up to three cars depending on size.

To assist you during darker evenings, you would be advised to bring a torch with you as there is no street lighting permitted on the Estate other than low-level lighting.
