Minety Lake is the newest addition to Lower Mill and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas around the lake and wider estate that is undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery, and workers around the property between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas. Please review the above images to make sure you are aware of the surrounding construction of Minety Lake 72 prior to booking. As you enter Minety Lake 72 you are greeted by a beautiful open plan area, home to the bespoke kitchen, lounge and dining areas, perfect for hosting your meals and kicking back and relaxing in front of the smart TV. The TV is Sky Glass and the lounge is completed by a log burner. The dining area comes with a table that seats 10-12 and a breakfast bar for 3. Also on the ground floor is a large W/C and a utility room equipped with an additional fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also plenty of additional storage space throughout the house for you to utilise during your holiday.
On the first floor, you will find three of the five bedrooms. The master super king bedroom has an ensuite with large walk in shower. One of the best features of the room is the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that allow you to access your own private balcony with views of Minety Lake.
The further two bedrooms on the first floor are twin bedrooms that can be connected on request to make a super king. Please speak to a member of our team after booking to arrange this. One of the two twin rooms has an ensuite with standing shower.
Finally, there is a family bathroom with a bath/shower to complete the first floor.
On the top floor you will find a second master bedroom with a super king bed also with fantastic views out over Minety Lake. The fifth bedroom is a large twin room that can also be set up as a super king on request. The bedroom layouts make this property flexible to be able to suit the needs of your family and friends.
There is a final family bathroom with a bath/shower to complete the top floor.
To the back of the property there is corner seating overlooking the garden and lake, with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor dining table for you to make the most of the Great British Summer. Your own private jetty gives you access out onto Minety Lake. Please note that in the winter months the lakes are closed to guests and owners due to the low temperatures.
Minety Lake 72 is not dog friendly but the homeowners reserve the right to bring their own dog when they stay at the property.
Bath, hand, and tea towels are provided as well as bed linen, bin liners, and dishwasher tablets.
Property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery

Please be aware that the vegetation surrounding the property is subject to change according to the time of year. This may mean that the views represented in the photos above may vary depending on the season in which you stay with us.
Normal check-in is from 4 pm. Out of peak season, early check-in of 2 pm may be available (at an additional fee). Please contact our office team to enquire.
Check out during off-peak dates is by 10 am on the day of departure. During peak dates (school holidays) check-out is at 9 am.
£500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Travel cot and highchair are available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guests are to provide their own linen and mattress for the travel cot.
There is an 11 pm noise curfew on the estate.
There are 4 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis. The property has one EV charging point you can use during your stay. This is strictly for the inhabitants of the property and no other bookings should be allowed access to this personal charger.
All our properties are non-smoking.
Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October – March due to nesting birds. The nearest canoe launch point is located near Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map.
The outdoor Mill Village pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1st November to the Easter holidays.
Please be aware that there is no waterside access to Swillbrook Lake as this is a nature conservation lake.
Not Dog Friendly - Owners reserve the right to bring their own dog during owner stays.
The driveway can fit up to two large cars – please use the overflow car park for additional cars. This is only a short walk from the property.
