What’s Included in Your Stay
Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.
In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.
For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

Finding your Property
After you pass through the gates into Silverlake follow the road and you will find Baxter's Rise on the right hand side. Turn right into Baxter's Rise, continue forwards until you see Kasu (Baxter's Rise 29) in front of you, your holiday home; Elba (Baxter's Rise 28) is just next door. The parking bays for this property can be found at the rear of the property, with a short path leading to the rear of the cottage.
