Boasting a vibrant and roomy interior, this holiday rental provides a welcoming atmosphere akin to a home away from home. Guests have the opportunity to retreat and discover the scenic Silverlake Estate, enveloped by serene lakes and enchanting woodlands. This beautiful home is best suited to a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
To the ground floor of Baxter's Rise 26, you will find 4 bedrooms, accommodating 8 guests. There are two spacious king size bedrooms, a single bunk room, and a further super king size bedroom with en-suite and direct access to the ground floor decking. The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult, however the top bunk is only suitable for child. A generously sized family bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation.
The living areas are located on the first floor of the property, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and utility room/WC. There is space for the whole family to gather around the dining table, or cosy up in front of the fireplace. Guests can enjoy the far reaching views over the Estate from the first floor balcony. Accessing the property is made easy with a driveway right outside the house and a lawn wrapping around the house.

What’s Included in Your Stay
Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.
In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.
For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

Finding your Property
After you pass through the gates into Silverlake follow the road and you will find Baxter's Rise on the right hand side. Turn right into Baxter's Rise, continue to follow the road until you see number 26 at the top of the hill.
