Boasting a vibrant and roomy interior, this holiday rental provides a welcoming atmosphere akin to a home away from home. Guests have the opportunity to retreat and discover the scenic Silverlake Estate, enveloped by serene lakes and enchanting woodlands.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property; offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes, e-bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and canoes. Subject to availability.
Whilst this property is fully completed, the neighbouring properties are still undergoing elements of construction. On Baxter's Rise, you will be able see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. To the ground floor of Baxter's Rise 26, you will find 4 bedrooms, accommodating 8 guests. There are two spacious king size bedrooms, a single bunk room, and a further super king size bedroom with en-suite and direct access to the ground floor decking. A generously sized family bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation.
The living areas are located on the first floor of the property, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and utility/shower room. There is space for the whole family to gather around the dining table, or cosy up in front of the fireplace. Guests can enjoy the far reaching views over the Estate from the first floor balcony.
Accessing the property is made easy with a driveway right outside the house and a lawn wrapping around the house.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Finding your Property
After you pass through the gates into Silverlake follow the road and you will find Baxter's Rise on the right hand side. Turn right into Baxter's Rise, continue to follow the road until you see number 26 at the top of the hill.
