There are three bright and airy bedrooms to the ground floor. The master double (this can converted into a twin upon request) and twin are well furnished and face out over the lake with sliding doors and access onto the ground floor deck, perfect for morning coffee. There is also a bunk bed room and family bathroom. The bathrooms are finished to a very high standard and are well presented.

The open plan glass-fronted living area is the outstanding feature of this property and provides a fantastic space to relax and socialise with friends and family. There is comfortable sofa seating around a wood burning stove, with a TV, DVD player and Bose sound system. The dining area seats six and the whole space looks out over Howells Mere with views over the water and surrounding architecture. The kitchen offers plenty of workspace and storage, and is well equipped with double electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and integrated fridge/freezer. There is also a microwave available for your added convenience. The kitchen has a Nespresso Vertuo Plus that takes vertuo coffee capsules.

This property benefits from a south facing lakeside aspect to the rear. The first floor balcony offers a bistro table and chairs as well as a BBQ.
