Ortolan Villa is located in a quiet traffic free area on Clearwater and within an easy c. 5 minute walk of both the Spa facility and on site Restaurant, Ballihoo. The property is accessed via a small foot bridge over a brook, fronting onto an open green area, parking is to be found a short distance from the property.
Ortolan Villa has been furnished to a high standard by the current home owners to provide a welcoming and comfortable stay including an outdoor sunken hot tub. The accommodation provides 1 Super king ensuite bedroom, further king bedroom and single bedroom with pull out truckle (on request) with family bathroom to the first floor. The second floor provides a quest suite with king bedroom (low level bed), adjacent shower room with utility room off.
Bathrooms are finished with floor to ceiling travertine stone and mosaics. The kitchen is modern and stylish and the living area provides ideal relaxation space with plenty of natural light enjoying views across Clearwater Lake. Outside there are decked areas to the front and rear of the house. The lakeside decking benefits from a sunken private hot tub and is the ideal place for pre-dinner drinks and dining al-fresco.
A light and spacious kitchen finished to a high standard equipped with Miele appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, grill & induction hob. Fully equipped to accommodate 8 guests. Breakfast bar with 2 stools.
The main living area is to be found to the rear of the property enjoying views over Clear Lake with access onto the rear decking leading to the sunken hot tub.
Feature wood burning stove, ample seating arrangements.

There is a separate sung with a 50” Plasma screen and sofa. Doors leading to the decking and hot tub.
To the first floor can be found spacious master King Bedroom with ensuite shower room and access to private balcony. Built-in wardrobes, matching bedside tables and lamps.
Further King bedroom with built in wardrobe, matching bedside table & lamps. Single bedroom with pull out truckle bed which lies flat to the floor (by request), built in shelving and drawer unit. There is also a family bathroom to the first floor.
On the second floor can be found a double bedroom with walk in dressing area and airing cupboard housing washing machine and tumble dryer. Please note that this is a low level bed.
