Ground floor accommodation offers twin bedroom with family bathroom adjacent, two lake side double bedrooms, one with en-suite wet room as well as a ground floor utility room .
To the first floor can be found open plan living comprising kitchen, dining/living area with wood burning stove and access to the rear lakeside balcony offering stunning views across the Nature Lake. Nespresso machine and Beats Pill wireless speaker provided.
There can also be found a double bedroom and adjacent shower room to the first floor.
Access to the Roof Terrace can be found from the first floor with BBQ and table and chairs. There is also a lakeside balcony with stunning views.
Bath, hand and tea towels provided as well as bed linen, bin liners and dishwasher tablets.
Property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery

£500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at time of booking. Guests to provide own linen and mattress for travel cot.
There is an 11pm noise curfew on the estate.
There are 3 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis.
All our properties are non-smoking.
Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October – March due to nesting birds. The nearest canoe launch point is located near to Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map.
The Somerford Nines (Clearwater 1-9). The private outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The outdoor Mill Village pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1st November to the Easter holidays.
Not Pet Friendly but the owner might accept one small dog with prior arrangement.
