The property has its own enclosed garden and is pet friendly, ideal for those who want to take man’s best friend away with them. All fixtures, fittings and furniture are of the best quality.

This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub Membership (subject to completion of safety induction prior to arrival) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with complimentary access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay.

Please note there are no water based activities between November and February for health and safety reasons i.e. low water temperature, bikes will be available all year round.

The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen offering everything you need to keep the family at full strength, Hob, Oven, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and a full supply of kitchenware and utensils. The lounge/diner has triple aspect windows with relaxing furniture and a family dining table seating six. Folding patio doors overlook the paved patio and garden. There is also a ground floor shower room and toilet.

Approached from a half turn staircase the landing is bright and airy, giving access to three good bedrooms. The master super king bedroom has an en-suite shower-room and toilet along with a fitted wardrobe and vanity unit, whilst Bed two and three have access to the family bathroom on the landing, both have fitted wardrobes, bed two a double bed and bed three bunk beds.

This property is dog friendly and has an enclosed garden suitable for your dog to run free whilst you relax on the patio. There is a comfortable set of table and chairs and table umbrella. The garden enjoys a sunny aspect most of the day.

Use of spa and outdoor swimming pool included (contact Spa directly for opening times)

This property will allow one well behaved dog.
