Whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery and workers on or around Wakeling Island and Overton Island (as pictured) between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas.
Upon entering at ground floor level, you will be greeted with a spacious hallway that leads onto two very well-appointed bedrooms - a lakeside king room, en-suite shower room and a second lakeside twin with an en-suite bathroom. Both rooms enjoy floor-to-ceiling sliding window doors onto the rear deck.
The first floor living/diner is the focal point of the home with extended balcony, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the tranquil lake. There is a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and cozy sofa to relax in front of the fire. Completing the first floor is a separate cloakroom.
On the second-floor mezzanine level, you will find a light-filled double bedroom/games room, with access to a cloakroom on the floor below.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
Although this property does not have it's own BBQ, Habitat Escapes is able to hire gas or charcoal BBQs to guests for the duration of your stay. Subject to availability, please check prior to your stay.

After you pass through the two gates into Silverlake follow the road down the hill onto Wakeling Island. Take the road that forks to the left, Lake House is the last house on the left. There is parking directly outside the property and the key safe is by the front door.
